Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section one. Subparagraphs b through h of paragraph one of subdivision d of section fourteen hundred four of the charter of the city of New York are hereby relettered as subparagraphs c through i, respectively, and a new subparagraph b is added to read as follows:
(b) The environmental control board shall establish a time schedule of hours during which proceedings for the adjudication of violations of laws, rules or regulations enforced by it shall be held. In addition to any other hours established, this time schedule shall provide that such proceedings shall be held between the hours of six o'clock post meridian and nine thirty post meridian on Monday through Thursday of each week, except for holidays.
�2. This local law shall take effect sixty days after its enactment into law.
