Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section one. Article ten of chapter one of title twenty-seven of the administrative code of the City of New York is hereby amended by adding a new section 27-155.1 to read as follows: �27-155.1. Community planning board notification. -- Within 10 days after the issuance of a permit under articles 11, 12, 13 and 14, the applicant shall forward a copy of such permit, along with the applicant's name, address and telephone number, to the community planning board in which the property is located. If the property is located in two or more community board districts then the permit is to be forwarded to the borough board. �2. This local law shall take effect immediately. - 1 -
