Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section one. Title 16 of the administrative code of the city of New York is hereby amended by adding a new section 16-119.1, to follow section 16-119, to read as follows:
�16-119.1. Disposable service articles prohibited. No restaurant shall provide disposable or non-reusable knives, forks, spoons, glasses, cups, plates and bowls, for food and beverage consumption on the premises of the restaurant.
�2. This local law shall take effect ninety days after is enactment into law.
