Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Subdivision b of section 19-507 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new paragraph 3, to read as follows:
3. Nothing contained in this section shall limit the authority of the commission to suspend or revoke a driver=s license on the basis of a combination of violations of applicable law or regulations of the commission, including one or more of the violations specified in subdivision a of this section.
�2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
