Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section one. Subdivision c of section 20-324 of the administrative code of the city of New York is hereby renumbered as subdivision d of such section.
�2. A new subdivision c of section 20-324 is hereby added to read as follows:
c. In addition to the sign or signs posted on the entrance pursuant to this section, the licensee shall post a sign which shall be clear and conspicuous to a driver of an automobile driving along the street, stating the rate in effect for that hour and day.
�3. This local law shall take effect sixty days following its enactment.
