Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section one. The determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by M & H Transportation Corp. for a license to operate a new base station at 388 14th Street in the borough of Brooklyn is hereby approved.
�2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
