Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section one. The determination by the Taxi and Limousine Commission to approve an application by New York Flag Car & Limousine Service, Inc. for a license to operate a new base station at 527 West 36th Street in the borough of Manhattan is hereby approved. �2. This local law shall take effect immediately. LS#2609
