Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Section 20-672 of subchapter 5 of chapter 4 of title 20 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new subdivision g to read as follows: g. (1) Any person, firm or corporation owning or operating a premise or facility for the retail sale of motor fuels for use in motor vehicles, which pursuant to general business law section 396-bb is required to provide full service of motor fuels to disabled persons operating motor vehicles with a valid New York state disabled person license plate at the same price charged for self service of motor fuels, shall post signs informing such disabled persons of such requirement. (2) Any violation of this subdivision or of any rules promulgated hereunder shall result in a civil fine of not more than one hundred dollars. (3) Paragraphs 1 through 4 of subdivision a of section 20-674 of this subchapter shall not apply to this subsection. �2. This local law shall take effect immediately. 12 2
