Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter two of title two of the administrative code of the city of New York, is hereby amended by adding a new section 2-107 to read as follows: � 2-107 Official motto; borough of Staten Island. The following phrase is hereby adopted as the official motto of the borough of Staten Island; "The Borough of Parks" . �2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
