Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Subdivision e of section 10-125 of the administrative code of the City of New York is amended as follows:
e. Any person who shall be found to have violated any of the provisions of this section shall be punished by a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars ($25) or imprisonment of up to five (5) days, or both, or pursuant to the provisions of the family court act of the state of New York where applicable. Any person who shall have been convicted of any violation of any provision of this section on three or more occasions, shall be punished by a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisonment of up to fifteen days, or both, or pursuant to the provisions of the family court act of the state of New York where applicable.
� 2 This local law shall become effective immediately.
