Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Section P100.00 of reference standard RS 16 of title 27 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding in alphabetical order the following definition to such list of definitions:
Off track betting parlor - A parlor maintained and operated by the New York City Off-Track Betting Corporation, at which premises lawful off-track pari-mutuel wagering may take place.
�2. Row six of column one of Table RS 16-5 of reference standard RS 16 of title 27 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended to read as follows:

�3. This local law shall take effect ninety days after its enactment.
