Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Title 25 of the Administrative Code of the city of New York is hereby amended by adding a new section 25-102.2 to read as follows:
� 25-102.2. Designated landmark names. The name of any entity designated as a landmark, pursuant to the provisions of section 25-303 of the administrative code, shall not be changed by local law.
