Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section one. Paragraph four of subdivision c of section 19-136 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as last amended by local law 104 of 1993, is amended by amending subdivision a and adding new subdivisions f, g, h and i to read as follows:
19-136. c. 4. On the following streets where general vending has been prohibited by the street vendor review panel pursuant to section 20-465.1 of this code and any rules promulgated thereunder, the provisions of paragraph one of this subdivision shall not apply:
(a) Thirteenth avenue between 39th street and [44th] 55th street in the borough of Brooklyn;
(b) Newkirk Plaza between Foster avenue and Newkirk avenue in the borough of Brooklyn;
(c) Eighty-sixth street between Bay Parkway and 23rd avenue in the borough of Brooklyn;
(d) West 4th street between Sixth avenue and Seventh avenue in the borough of Manhattan;
(e) Delancey street between Orchard street and Essex street in the borough of Manhattan;
(f) Sixteenth avenue between 38th street and 60th street in the borough of Brooklyn;
(g) Eighteenth avenue between Ocean Parkway and 60th street in the borough of Brooklyn;
(h) Avenue J between Coney Island avenue and East 16th street in the borough of Brooklyn;
(i) Coney Island avenue between Avenues I and P in the borough of Brooklyn.
�2. This local law shall take effect immediately after it is enacted into law.
