Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Section 10-121 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended to add a new subdivision f to read as follows:
f. In addition to police officers, officers and employees of the departments of transportation, environmental protection, sanitation and consumer affairs shall have the power to enforce the provisions of this section and may issue notices of violation, appearance tickets or summonses for violations thereof.
� 2. This local law shall take effect thirty days after its enactment.
