Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter 48 of the New York city charter, as added by vote of the electors at the general election held on November 7, 1989, is amended by adding thereto a new section 1075 to read as follows: �1075. Annual information technology strategy. a. No later than April 1 of each year, the department shall produce and transmit to the council and the mayor a New York city information technology strategy report detailing the department's plans for the procurement and deployment of all technology and telecommunications initiatives in the following fiscal year; and b. The department shall publish the annual technology plans of agencies, required pursuant to section 1133.1 of the charter, as an annual addendum to the city's information technology strategy report required by subdivision a of this section. �2. Chapter 49 of the New York city charter is amended by adding thereto a new section 1133.1 to read as follows: �1133.1. Submission of annual technology plan. The head of each agency shall submit an annual technology plan to the department of information technology and telecommunications no later than February 1 of each year which shall include, but not be limited to, such agency's plans for the procurement and deployment of technology and telecommunications initiatives in the following fiscal year; �3.
