Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Subdivision 11 of section 27-4002 of the administrative code of the city of New York is REPEALED. �2. Subchapter 13 of chapter 4 of title 27 of the administrative code of the city of New York is REPEALED. �3. This local law shall take effect immediately. 03FIR#1.S01
