Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Paragraph 11 of subdivision (a) of section 27-4100 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended to read as follows: 11. Non-combustible liquefied gases, except ammonia, carbon dioxide and chlorine, such as nitrous oxide, carbonic acid or sulphur dioxide, in quantities not exceeding a total container capacity of twelve cubic feet, and in containers none of which shall have a capacity exceeding one and one-half cubic feet; �2. Paragraph 13 of subdivision (a) of section 27-4100 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended, and a new paragraph 14 is added, to read as follows: 13. Combustible, liquefied gases, such as Blaugas, in quantities not exceeding a total container capacity of eight cubic feet, and in containers none of which shall have a capacity exceeding one and one-half cubic feet[.]; 14. Liquefied carbon dioxide in quantities not exceeding a total of sixty gallons. �3. This local law shall take effect immediately. 03FIR#2.S01
