Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter 1 of title 6 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 6-111.1 to read as follows: 6-111.1. All requests for proposals and any other public notices of opportunities to contract with the city shall, simultaneously with their publication, be posted on the city’s website in a location that is accessible by the public. §2. This local law shall take effect one hundred twenty days after its enactment.
