Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, and consistent with the authority of the council pursuant to section 107 and 254 of the charter, there shall be established in the fiscal year 2005 budget separate units of appropriation within each agency for personnel overtime, which shall correspond to each particular program, purpose, activity or responsibility within such agency.
§2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
