Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Subchapter 21 of chapter 2 of title 20 of the administrative code of the city of New York is hereby amended by adding a new section 20-376.1 to read as follows:
§20-376.1 Tour narration on sight-seeing buses. Any sight-seeing bus licensed pursuant to this subchapter that offers tour narration shall provide such narration from a live sight-seeing guide licensed pursuant to subchapter 8 of this title. Tour narration shall not be provided on a video tape, audio tape, compact disc, or through any other digital, electronic, computerized or similar means.
§2. This local law shall take effect 90 days after its enactment.
