Full text
Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Title 19 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 19-154 to read as follows:
§19-154 Repair of potholes. The department shall ensure that any reported street defect including potholes are repaired, corrected and/or fixed within three days from when such report is received by the department.
§2. This local law shall take effect ninety days after enactment.
