Full text
Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Section 19.504 of chapter five of title 19 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new subdivision q to read as follows:
q. No for-hire vehicle license shall be issued for use with any vehicle that is not registered in the state of New York. This provision shall apply to new licenses and renewals issued after the effective date of the local law that added this subdivision.
§2. This local law shall take effect immediately after enactment.
