Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Section 10-157 of title 10 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new subdivision (i) to read as follows: i. The police commissioner shall create a publicly viewable database, available on the police department’s website, that lists every person, firm, partnership, joint venture, association or corporation that has violated any provision of this section. The database shall list every violation each person, firm, partnership, joint venture, association or corporation has incurred under this section and the status and disposition of such violation, if known. Such database shall be searchable by the name or business address of such person, firm, partnership, joint venture, association or corporation. §2.
