Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Subdivision (d) of section 19-210 of title nineteen of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended to read as follows: (d) For purposes of this section, “traffic-control signal photo violation-monitoring system” shall mean a device installed to work in conjunction with a traffic-control signal which, during operation, automatically produces two or more photographs, two or more microphotographs, a videotape or other recorded images of each vehicle at the time it is used or operated in violation of subdivision (d) of section eleven hundred eleven of the vehicle and traffic law. Such "traffic-control signal photo violation-monitoring system" shall include signs, visible to traffic approaching from all directions, to warn drivers that such a system is in operation at an intersection. §2.
