Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter 1 of title 30 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended to add a new section 30-105 to read as follows: §30-105. Designation of Borough Supervisors or Managers. The commissioner shall designate one borough supervisor or manager per borough in the city. Each borough supervisor or manager shall be responsible for coordinating emergency response in each such borough. §2. This local law shall take effect 120 days after its enactment into law.
