Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter one of title 28 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 28-103.23 to read as follows: §28-103.23 Waivers for off-street parking construction. At least thirty business days before a waiver is issued by the commissioner to the owner of any structure relating to the construction of off-street vehicle parking pursuant to the zoning resolution, the commissioner shall provide written notice of the application for a waiver to the community board for the community district in which the structure is located. §2. This local law shall take effect ninety days after its enactment into law. KS LS #2226 5/3/11
