Be it enacted by the Council as follows:
Section 1. Subchapter six of chapter two of title twenty of the New York city administrative code is amended by adding a new section 20-228 to read as follows:
§ 20-228 Posting of Approved Sidewalk Café Drawings a. The department shall post and maintain on its website the renderings or drawings contained in all approved applications for sidewalk cafés licensed according to section 20-244 of this subchapter. The renderings or drawings for each sidewalk café shall be sorted on the department’s website by borough and shall be listed in alphabetical order by the name of the business operating such sidewalk café.
§ 2. This local law shall take effect one hundred and twenty days after its enactment.
