Summary
This bill would create a one-year, seven-member taskforce to study injuries occurring in youth sports in New York City and how these injuries affect educational performance and behavior. It would make recommendations on preventing and alleviating these affects. Four members would be appointed by the Mayor or their appointees and three would be appointed by the Council. It would be required to issue its report no later than one year after its appointment.
