Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Paragraph 1 of subdivision e of section 24-146.1 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new subparagraph e to read as follows: e. The commissioner shall audit for accuracy no less than forty percent of the asbestos inspection reports received by or filed with the department. �2. Chapter 1 of title 17 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 17-197 to read as follows: �17-197 Audit of final lead inspection reports. The commissioner shall audit for accuracy no less than forty percent of the final lead inspection reports received by or filed with the department pursuant to an order to abate issued by the commissioner pursuant to New York city health code �173.13. �3.
