Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Subchapter 2 of chapter one of title 19 of the administrative code of the city of New York section is amended by adding a new section 19-167.4 to read as follows: � 19-167.4 Muni-meter receipts. a. For the purposes of this section, "muni-meter" shall mean an electronic parking meter that dispenses timed receipts that must be displayed in a conspicuous place on a vehicle's dashboard. b. The department shall ensure that muni-meter receipts utilize adhesive to allow for such receipts to be affixed to a motorcycle or other motor vehicle registered by the department of motor vehicles with a dashboard that is not capable of being fully enclosed. � 2.
