Summary
This bill would remove the requirement that the early intervention program be administered by the Division of Mental Hygiene, a division within the Department of Health of Mental Hygiene, and would allow the commissioner of the Department of Mental Health and Hygiene to place the program in the newly created Division of Family and Child Health.
