Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Subdivision b of section 14-153 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as amended by local law 5 for the year 2014, is amended to read as follows: b. The data required pursuant to subdivision a of this section shall be published on the department's website for the whole city [and], disaggregated by borough and police precinct, indicate whether a moving violation summons was issued or traffic crash occurred on a truck route as designated by the department of transportation and disaggregate such data by truck route, and shall be searchable by intersection, except for the data required under paragraph one of subdivision a, which shall be disaggregated by borough and police precinct only. Such data shall be updated at least once every month. � 2. This local law shall take effect in 120 days. KET 9/2/15 3:26PM LS 5593/2015
