Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Section 19-175.2 of subchapter 2 of chapter one of title 19 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended to by adding a new subdivision f to read as follows: f. Not less than fifteen days prior to a permanent change in parking restrictions the department shall mail a notice to the corporate office of the owner or manager of any building that contains one or more residences, and that is located within 500 feet of any part of the affected area, indicating the effective date of such change. � 2. This local law takes effect 60 days after it becomes law. KW LS 5723 8/25/15
