Summary
This bill would require the New York City Housing Authority (“NYCHA”) to make publicly available online and submit to the Council an annual report on the capital needs of the public housing located in the City, including the capital needs of each building containing public housing, the aggregate capital needs of all public housing, and the amount of money NYCHA plans to spend to address the capital needs of each building.
