Summary
This bill would require every data set on the open data portal to be accompanied by a plain language data dictionary. This data dictionary would include descriptions of each column header in the data set, as well as contextual information to aid users in understanding the data being presented. The data dictionary for each data set shall be accessible directly from the portal.
