Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Paragraph (1) of subdivision b of section 24-803 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as added by local law number 22 for the year 2008, is amended to read as follows: (1) There shall be, at minimum, a thirty percent reduction in city government emissions by calendar year 2017, and a forty percent reduction in city government emissions by calendar year 2030, relative to such emissions for the base year for city government emissions. � 2.
