Summary
The bill would require the Department of Citywide Administrative Services to provide to child care centers subsidized by the Administrative for Children’s Services, Family Justice Centers, Department of Education LYFE programs, and shelters operated by the Department of Homeless Services, and the Department of Youth and Community Development a supply of diapers that is sufficient to meet the needs of the residents and service recipients of those programs.
