Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Subchapter 1 of chapter 1 of title 19 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 19-111.1 to read as follows: � 19-111.1 Repairing curbs. Whenever any street is resurfaced by the department, the department shall also make repairs to any curbs that the department determines to be a safety hazard. � 2. This local law takes effect 120 days after it becomes law. GZ/MHL LS #2912 1/17/18
