Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter 1 of title 14 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 14-171 to read as follows: � 14-171 Social workers at precincts. The department shall have a licensed clinical social worker located at every precinct. Such social workers shall be available at the precinct twenty four hours a day and every day of the week. � 2. This local law takes effect 120 days after it becomes law. LS 11869 DA 12/12/2017
