Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Subchapter 3 of chapter 1 of title 19 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 19-200 to read as follows: �19-200 "Vision Zero" report, updates. On or before January 1, 2019 and semi-annually thereafter, the department, in consultation with other city agencies and commissions, including but not limited to the police department, the taxi and limousine commission, and the department of education, shall submit to the speaker of the council and shall post on the department's website, an update on the initiatives set forth in the "Vision Zero" report, for so long as the "Vision Zero" initiative continues. �2.
