Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter 1 of title 15 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 15-132 to read as follows: � 15-132 Online applications for rooftop variances. The department shall make all components of all applications for variances to the New York city fire code or New York city fire department rules related to rooftop access available for online submission. � 2. This local law takes effect 6 months after it becomes law. LS #7310/Int. 1141-2016 LS 123 BC 12/12/17
