Summary
This local law will require the Police Department to submit quarterly reports to City Council pertaining to motor vehicle stops. Such reports shall include disaggregated information pertaining to the race and gender of the motor vehicle operator, information as to whether or not the stop resulted in a summons or arrest, and factors leading to each motor vehicle stop.
