Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Section 12 of chapter 1 of the New York city charter is amended by adding a new subdivision e to read as follows: e. The preliminary management report and management report shall be made available on the city's website in English and in the top six limited English proficiency languages spoken by the population of New York city as determined by the department of city planning, based on United States census data. A notice describing how best to print such reports in whole or in part, and sample signage to inform the public of the availability of print on demand service for such reports, shall be provided to all public libraries and district offices of council members, for use at their discretion. � 2.
