Summary
This bill would require the Department of Transportation to post information on its website regarding scheduled or requested street maintenance, such as resurfacing and pothole repairs, and requested traffic control changes, such as speed limit changes. It supplements the existing requirement that the Department post information on its website regarding a street’s last resurfacing and current condition rating.
