Summary
Under the bill, the Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) would be required to report on the number of TLC licensed drivers that have been assaulted. Beginning December 1, 2018, the TLC would submit quarterly to the Council and publish on its website the number of assaults of drivers, disaggregated by the type of TLC license held by any such assault victims.
