Summary
This bill would require that any new or replacement light fixture in any street light be a full cutoff light fixture. A full cutoff light fixture is a fixture or luminaire constructed and installed in such a manner that all light emitted from the luminaire is protected below the horizontal plane through the fixture’s lowest light emitting part.
