Summary
The proposed bill would eliminate the exemption for golf courses from the requirements of Local Law 37/2005. LL 37 restricts the types of pesticides the City can apply on City-owned or leased property, and creates reporting and notification requirements for City agencies, contractors, or subcontractors applying pesticides on city-owned or leased property.
