Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter 1 of title 14 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended to add a new section 14-173 to read as follows: �14-173 Fire training. The department shall ensure that all officers are trained on basic fire safety protocols, including when to engage in active fire incidents. �2.
