Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Chapter 1 of title 25 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended by adding a new section 25-116 to read as follows: � 25-116 Tree removal in special natural area districts. The department of city planning shall make publicly available on its website any certification, authorization or special permit issued by the city planning commission that includes authorization to remove any tree within a special natural area district, as defined in chapter 5 of article 10 of the zoning resolution of the city of New York. � 2.
