Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. Section 16-329 of title 16 of the administrative code of the city of New York, as added by local law number 142 for the year 2013, is amended to read as follows: h. Notwithstanding the requirements of subdivision b of this section, a manufacturer or store may sell or offer for sale expanded polystyrene single service articles to a not-for-profit corporation or a food service establishment, mobile food commissary, or store that receives a grant of a financial hardship waiver pursuant to subdivision e of this section. � 2.
